Brown English made VSD  by Jeffries. British standard on the stirrup bar and serial number stamped on sweatflap. All stamps and plates in place.  Very comfy. Ideal for big shouldered horses and sits very neatly. Ideal as a GP or even in the show ring. Measures just over 17" from stud to centre of cantle.  Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a nice wide fit. Stamped 'M' on the stirrup bar but has been altered. Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong and girth straps are sound and solid. Normal signs of use. Recently reflocked with pure new wool so beautifully soft and smooth. Very useful, well made saddle. Very sad sale of my gorgeous Jeffries saddle. It has been a great saddle for me and my youngster but she has now outgrown it. It is in very good condition with the usual wear and tear from general use. Couple of small marks on the cantle. I have used this for everything from Dressage to XC. I bought this saddle new. It has only been   used for a couple of years. Good condition. Attractive design VSD (very slightly dressage). Lovely plump wool flocking. Havana. Very wide fitting- 11 inches D ring to D ring (it was for a wide Arab) I love this saddle but it doesn't fit my current short backed horse so need to sell. It cosy me £900 new from Nathaniel Underwood. I can't find the original receipt but it is stamped Symmonds Saddlery 'Designer' on the flap and was made in Walsall. There are a few girth buckle marks on inner flap as you would expect but this saddle is in very good condition and really attractively styled.
