I have an excellent clean and brand new condition Jay-be single folding guest bed. It's very easy to open and close, and only been used for a few weeks in total while my father recovered from open heart surgery. It is boxed, although the box has been stored so is battered, but the bed is perfect. It's also only ever been used with a waterproof mattress protector, and comes from a smoke free home.
