Jan's dog rescue- Rocco

Rocco is a young male staffie looking for a new forever home as his family are moving and are unable to take him with them. Rocco is living with 3 children aged 7+ so can be rehomed with children. There is also a hedgehog in his home so he might be okay with cats. Rocco is generally okay with other dogs but would not like to live with another. He is house trained and crate trained. Rocco is a friendly boy with a loving personality, he's a young lad with lots of potential in a new home Adoption process:.If you are interested in viewing a dog then please message or call to arrange a day to come along to the rescue. If you're not sure which dog you would like to see then just ask, tell us what you're looking for eg. If you have another dog, age of children (we do not have a minimum age), activity requirements (active, lazy), how long the dog will be left alone (we do ask that if it is anymore than 6-7 hours then someone must come in between to check on the dog and let them out and give them some company. Just let us know what your lifestyle is and we will tell you which dogs may be suited to you..After a meet up with Jan and the dog at the rescue and if you decide that you would like to adopt and Jan agrees then you will arrange a day for Jan to come round for a home check/ deliver the dog to you. You don't need to decide on the day and can of course have a think about it as it's not a decision to rush.. If there are many people interested in a dog then it is NOT first come first served. Rocco is a charming little lad who is in search of a new home. He is a Jack Russell and is about 5-6 years old. Rocco is with us after fights with other dogs in his household. He is generally dog friendly but has no interest in playing with them and will happily be ignored by them. Rocco is crate trained and likes to have his own place to relax in. Although he is very friendly it is on his own terms sometimes. For this reason he cannot live with small children and would suite someone who is looking for a buddy to be by their side. Negrut is one of our dogs we rescued from ROmania. He was in a public shelter with no hope of getting out alive. So we brought him to the UK to find a great home for him.
