Islabikes are great for kids. Light and designed to get them riding distance early. Good working order and condition with the mudguards, usual wear you would expect. See more at the islabikes website. Much loved only selling due to moving on to a large will be good for a child 7+. I also have a 20" small for sale. I can't really tell the difference between the small and the large Listed seperately if you have twins or a 7 and 8 year old the pair would be perfect. Islabikes Beinn 20 Large – Recommended age 6+ Good used condition. My daughter is now 8 years old and outgrown this bike. Fully serviced and ready for re-sale. Brakes, tyres and gears all in good condition and working. Please see photographs for any minor scuffs. Protected the frame with protective Heli tape where possible. Probably you can see it in the pictures. More than £70 worth of original extras included: Luggage Rack, Mud guards, aluminium Bottle Cage and aluminium propstand. Always stored in our garage. Bike has been used for less than 18 months and has been in storage since the summer. SHIPPING NOTE- If you are not able to collect you are welcome to arrange a courier to collect it and we are happy to pack it to your requirements at what it costs but we don't have the original box so you would have to give some thought to the packing and courier. Islabikes’ Beinn 24 This is a great bike in great but ridden condition by which it has a few scratches but I would not consider it knocked about. Everything works and it comes with an extra set of part worn road tyres and a spare inner tube. Please ask to see a lot more photo's which show the scratches and a closer look all round. I'm selling my son's 24" Beinn mountain bike made by Islabikes. As you can see from the photos it is still like new, in the fantastic blue colour. It has hardly been used and will make a brilliant Christmas present for you child. My son has suddenly grown too big for it, we should really have bought the next size up, so now I need to sell it to buy that one:-(If you've never heard of Islabikes, they are a company dedicated to building amazingly light bikes for children. They recognise that a heavy bike for a child has a massive impact on its usability because a small weight increase can be a large percentage of the child's weight. However, they also realise that it is no good fitting a bike with components designed for an adult! So they adopt the approach of using properly scaled, light components. They understand that having a good 8-speed rear derailleur is better for children rather than going for "gear envy" when 99 out of 100 children won't be able to use a front one. Beautiful bike in great condition. Now up-sizing to the Beinn 24 inch. There are two sizes of the Beinn 20 inch - small and large. This is the small one, the frame is a little lower than the large. See Islabikes website for size details. Superb quality, breaks, gears, steering all perfect. Rides like a dream. My 7-year-old can ride for miles on this with no tiring.
