We have a small number of baby Indian Star tortoises for sale. They vary in age from 6 - 9 months. We are not commercial breeders but cannot keep all of these very beautiful little ones. They have all been very strong and vigorous from the moment they hatched and and are used to a mixed diet but not commercial tortoise food. They are given calcium/vitamin supplements to ensure healthy growth. Daily soaks are a very important part of there routine, giving time for the all important checks to make sure they are staying in good health. Each baby will come with its own weight record which starts at birth together with a care sheet, ongoing advice will always be available. Indian Stars tortoises do not hibernate, they need the right conditions but with a little help it is not difficult to achieve. I am selling my sweet little Molly I bought her from a breeder in Southampton She is a shy girl but will grow into such a beautiful tortoise. I am only selling her because we are moving and can't take her with us. She can come with her enclosure which we got from the breeder. It may not look like the most natural set up but it does the job and keeps her temps perfect. I would like her to go to a knowledgable home or people with previous experience of looking after Tortoises.
