Ideal highland and cob saddle in very good used condition. It has a 17 inch seat and is made from brown leather. It has three girth straps each side with extra webbing to add a fourth if required. It measures 10 inches from D ring to D ring as can be seen from the photo. I trust I have measured this correctly.  If you are in any doubt as to whether this will fit please email before bidding. Beautiful Brown Ideal Event Saddle. Saddle is wide fitting, only for sale as I lost my horse and am giving up, so this has only been sat on about a dozen times. This saddle is suitable for Cross Country, Hacking, Flatwork, Hunting, and General Riding. Ideal saddles are really comfortable and this is the 3rd one I have had, it comes with new stirrup leathers, stirrups and a brown leather girth.  General Purpose English leather saddle by Ideal. 17.5" from cantle to stud. Medium/narrow. D - D (top ones) is approx 8.5" Brown with paler seat and knee rolls. Extremely comfortable saddle. One of those that seems to fit several horses on our yard, just frustratingly not mine! This belonged to my old girl who was pts earlier this year. It's a lovely saddle and a hard sale, but needs must. She was a 16hh fairly solid Polish Warmblood, initially always a medium but changed shape slightly with age and I changed to this one. The saddle itself has been checked over by a saddler who's given it the ok. Although in good condition, you can see from the top it has noticeable water marks. I bought it second hand like this and nearly always used a seat saver. Good solid saddle by a reputable maker. Please can winning bidder pay within 48 of auction ending. This comfortable saddle has been fitted with FLAIR which reduces the weight, making it lighter on the horse's back. IDEAL is a quality brand, and the black leather is in pretty good condition. Beautiful brown Ideal VSD saddle for sale. Was made to order by me from David Dyer in , and I had interchangeable knee rolls fitted - dressage, showing and jumping, making this a very versatile saddle. Perfect for showing as its very neat looking and also has a slightly straighter flap than GP saddles. Has had a seat saver on from day one so seat is perfect and the saddle in general is in excellent condition. 17.5 seat, d ring to d ring is about 9". I believe it's a medium to medium/wide fit. The saddle was used for 1 year until I converted to Western last year and has been covered up since. I've decided to sell now as I no longer use it, and don't think I ever will now I'm riding my horse Western, and it's too good to let it go to waste.
