WANTED hh Safe First Horse For Small Female Adult

Wanted hh cob or cob type (not too heavy) as first horse for small adult. Looking for a safe and sensible confidence giving first horse. Mainly to hack out on, do fun rides with and possibly the odd bit of hunting. A been there, done that sort with experience, preferably aged between 8-15 but would consider older if no health issues. I am a small adult female and a confident novice but don't want anything too forward or strong. No preference if mare or gelding but must be happy to live out or in and wouldn't mind living alone. A horse that isn't phased by farm machinery, livestock etc would be essential as we are based on a farm. Meet gerrard! He's my hh rising 11 year old gelding. Hes nice natured, stands like an angel to be clipped, forward going out hacking but steadier in the school, has a massive jump and locks on and goes for it. Downside is gerrard hasn't seen and done much as havnt had the transport to get him out and about. for that reason he needs a strong confident quiet rider that can push him forward if he stops to look at things. My boy is 16.3 (ish), thoroughbred gelding. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, I have been "over-horsed" and he needs someone more confident than myself to take him on. He is an ex - racehorse, retired sound in , and has been retrained. He is quite a strong horse and has a lot of get up go! He is not a novice ride as he does get very excited due to not being worked much lately. I think he would benefit greatly from a new home where he can be used to his potential. I have owned him for a few months after buying him through a friend of a friend. He has very good manners on the ground and is great for the farrier and dentist.
