We went to buy the foal and ended up with both Carrie has got excellent manners she's good to do in every way, lead, load, stable, traffic. Farrier bath nothing fades her. She has no bad habits x We brought Carrie back into work this year lunging and long reining her. We have walked her round the yard and was good to ride but very green. Jessica (Majestic Oak) 7year old 15'1 bay mare she is very talented grade C show jumper with bags of potential. We brought Jess for our son to compete on, he took her with him to his work at a local event yard where both she and he lived in, here she was schooled and worked daily and impressed everyone who saw her. Being a typical teenager our son has since changed jobs and sadly has no time for Jessica, she has been out of work for some time and is now getting bored. Jess needs a confident competent rider and will go far in the right hands. It is with a very heavy heart that l am having to put my mare up for sale. I have owned Charlie for two years, l bought her to fill the shoes of my due to be retired gelding. Unfortunately, because of lack of time she hasn't been ridden for about six months because of this l am selling her from the field. She can be a stroppy mare but she can be a sweetheart just typical mare l'm told. She will stand for hours to be groomed (if she's in the mood) she can be a pain to load (again depending on mood). Honest advert for much loved horse

Ronnie is a 10 year old thoroughbred gelding, he raced in Ireland. He is looking for a home that doesn't want to jump, someone that wants to hack/dressage/endurance/show. The good bits: - Kind and loving, loves attention, being groomed, etc. - Has been good in all traffic. - He used to school beautifully, however he is currently out of work so this will take time. - He has been schooled by a 13 year old and he was a good boy. - He has never had a days lameness in the year that I have owned him, and with the previous owner. - Easiest horse ever to clip, has to be solo combed for his mane. The not so good bits - He has a tendency to nap, more so on his own. As far as nappers go he really isn't that bad, I have never not been able to get him past something and he always gives up pretty quickly with a kick/smack on the shoulder. - He spins when he naps, however it has always been really slow, never bad enough to unseat anyone. - He can act cold backed, however it has only been recently and I think it's my saddle. - He has had an excited buck before, however they are tiny! - He can be strong when galloping. - He can be protective over his food with other horses, always fine with people. - He is absolutely awful at jumping! Please no jumping homes, this will be written into a contract. He is not nasty, he just has absolutely no respect for the fence. I have trie so many times and he has put both of us in danger on so many occasions due to his mentality whilst jumping. I have tried for a year and have had no luck so please, you won't change him, this is how he is and it's not something that will improve. Hence why he will not go to that type of home. - He has slight anxiety problems and can not be left on his own in a field, stable is fine however he will box walk. - He is an absolute pig to load, lorry or trailer, however he travels okay. - Can be a bit ear shy, always been able to get a headcollar and bridle on though. - Does tend to loose a bit of condition in the winter but easy to maintain with feed, lives off air in the summer. Absolutely no novices, if you give an inch he will take a mile. No inexperienced homes, this is not first horse material. Absolutely no one that has any desire to jump. No dealers, homes will be thoroughly vetted. There will be a contract in place which I am happy to discuss further. He is sold from the field and is un fit, I will require videos of your riding. I paid £ for him a year ago, although I am very aware I am not going to get close to this I will not be accepting stupid offers as I don't want him being sold on. I don't want this horse passed from pillar to post, any problems and I will have him back straight away. Ive made the hard decision to sell my gorgeous boy, through no fault of his own. 16.3hh, 10 years old, KWPN Gelding. He is currently coming back into work after having time off due to an injury. She happily stands for me to clank my little step ladder next to her to be mounted. She will not take off in open spaces, happily let other horses pass her, does not try to be with them. Good to box, shoe, catch, clip. Previous owners boxed and clipped her regularly for hunting, but I haven`t boxed or clipped her. She has never bitten, kicked, reared, happily let dogs run around her. 5 this year absolute beautiful mare. Has been backed last year by myself ridden on roads followed and led. Been out to a few places hired arenas walk trot cantered and popped a jump. Not fased by anything at all.she is nervous and she seems to have been twitched by her ears so can be worried when putting bridle over ears. This does get better the more often it's done. Only for sale as I only have chance to hack her once a week as have no ménage she shouldn't be going to waste. With more of a routine and work she would make a fantastic all rounder.
