Much loved family caravan. Fixed 6ft bunks across rear, fixed double bed and sliding doors to separate the two sleeping areas. To the other rear is a dinette and kitchen with a sliding door to separate the main bedroom. The kitchen has a 3 burner hob, sink, oven/grill and fridge freezer. The bathroom sits opposite the kitchen with shower, sink, cassette toilet and hot/cold water. There is an on board water tank with heater that holds 150 litres. The lounge diner is u shaped with revolving TV/cocktail cabinet and led lighting throughout. Lounge seating makes a double bed by using fold down table. The caravan is fully centrally heated with radiators-up to 3 KW and not blow air and can switch between gas and electric. Windows have black out blinds and fly screens. Hobby prestige ft long and 8ft wide caravan, It is an excellent family van as there is so much space! Unlike most hobbys this has on board water tank, kitchen sink, shower and vanity unit. Last year we spent a small fortune doing the caravan up, it has had the fire taken out and replaced with a log effect electric fire, custom built bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, new curtains throughout the van, black sparkling vinyl over all the work surfaces, throws made for over the sofas and new wood flooring. It has plenty of over head and under seat/bed storage, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 3 ring hob and stainless sink, a fixed king size bed, thetford cassette toilet and working shower, the bedroom has privacy screen and we put curtains up around the bunks for when the children were in bed. Previous owners replaced the bathroom window and put plastic sheeting up on the bathroom wall, I'm guessing so they could use the shower? This has been the best caravan I have owned! European vans seem to be better built, This is a very sad sale! We have had many fantastic holidays with it. And I am only selling as I have moved to the coast so it is only being used as a spare bedroom for when family stay over.
