After several years of looking after my Father with dementia, I decided to buy this tent for me and my mates to go to festivals and fishing trips etc - overkill, I know but that's just me. Unfortunately I am faced with the same position with my Mother and any "me time" is out the question in the foreseeable future. I would therefore like to use my investment in this tent in a guitar instead - hence the sale. The outer tent was erected on the evening of for the first time. I bought this for a forthcoming trip to Alaska but is now surplus to requirements as travel partner already has a shelter. Sad to not use it myself. This is the GOLD STANDARD of tents. It is a 4 season, 2 person, 2 door, free-standing double wall tent, that will stand up to almost any abuse & weather. 2 vestibules for your bags & boots. Outer shell can be unclipped from inner shell easily and used on its own or buy a lighter mesh inner for even more functionality in summer. It is a Red Label tent which is Hilleberg's tough all rounder category (Black Label: heavy/for alpine expeditions; Yellow Label: lightweight spring/summer camping) Hand stitched in Estonia (signed by the seamstress), 3.2kg packed weight. Kerlon outer fabric (tough as nails). 12 v pegs. No see-um mesh with zip-back windows. Fantastic ventilation. Super quick to pitch & strike. If you're a serious backpacker/camper and don't want to compromise on strength and wind/rain protection: this is the tent for you. It will last for YEARS. It doesn't get any better than Hilleberg. Hilleberg Akto / Enan Footprint Groundsheet Tent

This is the Hilleberg branded footprint for the Akto / Enan - the footprint fits both tents. I've used it once in Wales. The footprint allows you to do two things: * One, protect your investment/tent * Two, remove the inner fly of the Enan/Akto and use the groundsheet with the outer fly for an extremely fast and light combination - my favourite, which can be seen in the photo:) I'm also selling an Akto which can be purchased together for a deal.
