Archie is a gentle giant looking for a forever home as a companion. Good with both mares and geldings, he currently comes in at night through the worst winter months and will live out all summer. He is good on the ground, for the vet, dentist etc and picks all his feet up to be picked out daily. He'll let you groom him for hours and will stand tied up on the yard with no trouble. We've had him for 3 years now and although he has been ridden, (no medical reason why he can't) he is a lot happier as a companion horse as he can be unpredictable under saddle. He is also barefoot and only has to have a trim every 10 weeks or so. Ideally we would be looking for him to be part of a herd like he used to be before we had him and to stay in the Midlands. I have owned Daisy since she was a four year old and have had a lot of fun over the years taking her to camps, beach trips, farm rides and competitions. Hacking Daisy will hack alone or in company however I tend to hack with others. She is very safe and perfect in traffic and open spaces. Schooling Daisy has 3 lovely correct paces and has been very successful in dressage gaining scores of 74%.
