I'm currently offering a hatching / incubation service. To provide a experienced service to anyone wishing to hatch out their own eggs. This is a in house service and I do not rent out my incubators anymore. I have great experience and success rates in both poultry and waterfowl. Including mandarin's teal and Carolina. Prices vary on times and special requirements. However all eggs will be checked for fertility and monitored throughout their development. Prices start at £15 and is based on 6 eggs being fully incubated for 21days I also sometimes have hatching eggs available in paint silkies and Pekin along with wildfowl please check for current availability. Bring your fertile eggs to me for incubation and I will hatch them. I will let you know after candling at 1 week in the incubation, how many are viable. A live chick from a viable egg cannot be guaranteed, many die in shell on the way to life, but hopefully with strong healthy eggs, the success rate will be high. I hatch all my own chickens simply to keep a closed flock and the health aspect of this seems to work. I hatch from bantams to huge Croad Langshans. I have been thinking about offering to hatch eggs for other people, I just love doing it and also the end result. It is quite a complicated process and success depends on the quality of the eggs involved. I have successfully hatched over the years dozens of chickens for myself. I have raised some truly stunning birds, some rare breed. Also Pekin bantams are one of my favourites. £ includes incubation of your eggs and a weeks care after hatch. I will candle the eggs at 4 or 5 days to ascertain fertility, and will then tell you. A fertile egg is not a guarantee of a chick after 21 days incubation, but hopefully my Brinsea and I can provide some very good results! The resulting chicks must be picked up a week after hatching. Then the business of raising begins. Please remember if the hatch is large, you may have as many cockerels as hens, and as your babies they will go to you. You may ring me at any time. Cream Legbar Hatching Eggs - Show Quality, Lovely Blue Eggs

I have for sale Cream Legbar hatching eggs from my group of unrelated, show quality stock. They lay a good size pale blue egg. Legbars are an autosexing breed meaning the chicks can be sexed as soon as the hatch, as females and males are different colours. Females are mostly brown with distinct cream stripes on their backs and male chicks are grey/silver with a yellow spot on their heads. All my birds are fed top quality Versele Laga feed and are wormed twice a year. Price is £1.50 per eggs, with a minimum of 6 to be purchased. I also have the following breeds available at £1.25 per egg and I am very happy to do mixed boxes: - White Silkies - Mixed colour Silkies (Partridge cockerel running with Partridge, White and Lavender hens) - Blue Pekins - Black mottled Pekins - Mixed colour Pekins (Partridge cockerel running with Chocolate Mottled, Partridge and Black hens) - Buff Plymouth Rock Bantams I also have the following large fowl breeds available at £1.50 per egg: - Barnevelders - Vorwerks - Easter Egger (Araucana cross Marans) will lay an olive green egg Fertility was tested on 20th March across all breeds, with an average of 90% being fertile. The lowest fertility recorded was 80%. All eggs will be a maximum of 3 days old when posted and are sent in special polystyrene boxes. It is very important to allow the eggs to stand, pointed end down, for between hours after they arrive to allow the air sac to settle. I am afraid that I cannot provide any guarantees of fertility due to postage handling and the huge range of different quality incubators available.
