Gerry has been with us since last October, he's showing a lot of talent in jumping (has jumped up to 1m) and has nice and steady paces. He's been to two local riding club shows earlier this month and behaved impeccably and enjoyed himself very much. On the ground he is a very friendly and sweet horse who loves attention and a fuss. Sadly since he's been to the shows his behaviour has become quite bad, he is challenging authority and has reared twice now when being led (with a week of good behaviour in between). We're not sure where this is coming from, he's always been head strong but never reared. He's also become difficult to load. Sad sale of very pretty gelding 16h ID x TB For Sale in

I am selling my horse due to having an operation on my hand and not being able to ride him anymore. He evented over the last two years with a very good, experienced rider at 90 and 100. He was placed on several occasions. He loves being in work and is missing being ridden. Sadly due to my hand he is turned away in a field as I have no-one to ride him now as my friend moved back to Finland. Once in work he is worth much more but I am seeing if there is interest before I send him away to be worked and then sold for more. Very handsome TB gelding, 10 years old, has raced and is ROR eligible. Hacks out in any traffic, never bats an eyelid - I have ridden this horse down an industrial estate and he didn't notice! Will hack alone or with company with no issues. His schooling does need work, he is fabulous in walk and trot, just needs strengthening and balancing to get his canter correct. I have taken him to a few dressage tests and he is always placed. Has a great jump on him and has successfully competed SJ in the past however this has not been my focus with him. He is a truly lovely horse who always tries his best to please, only for sale due to my increasing work commitments following finishing my degree and I am struggling to do justice to two horses. Has been seen to windsuck in his stable, but not frequently and never caused him a problem. He will come with all his tack and rugs.

Troy (Lucky Zulu) is a 16.1 TB x Cob Bay gelding. He has hunted with the Southern Shires Bloodhounds, where he looked after me on my first hunt. I believe he has also hunted on the new forest with a previous owner. Troy loves cross country and is very honest with a big, bold jump. He is also great through water. He has taken part in hunter trials with a previous owner. Troy has also taken part in lots of different riding club activities including adult/pony club camp, sponsored rides, fancy dress rides, showjumping competitions, ODE and pub rides. He is great to hack in company, which he prefers, but will hack alone with a competent rider. I would say that he is not a novice ride,however,as can have the odd spook.
