Lovely Palomino Reg Welsh B Gelding 11yo Lead Rein

Very sad sale of a lovely pony. Soldier is an 11yo registered Welsh B gelding who was bought as a just off the lead rein pony for my then tiny 6yo daughter. He has the most amazing temperament and sunny personality, always keen to please and first to the gate. Great to handle on the ground by kids, stands happily to be loved and fussed, doesn't bite or kick. Was bought as a fun pony club pony and took my daughter safely round 55cm courses off the lead rein and also my 5yo son (who doesn't really ride) around 40cm courses on the lead rein. Great to hack out, good in traffic, box, clip, catch, shoe (currently barefoot) etc. Sadly Soldier suffered an injury in the field a year ago and although now fully sound (teeth, back, physio, saddle, vets, vaccs all up to date) is now more suitable for lead rein activities. Realistically we bought him to bring my daughter on and to jump 70cm plus and we feel that this is beyond his comfort zone now. He's in light work, sound and healthy, we just want a slower pace of life for him where he can be a child's best friend and bombproof lead rein buddy. Would also suit an in hand showing home as he's a nice mover and a really stunning chap in his summer coat. Lives out at present, happy to live in or out. SURPRISE is a gorgeous Welsh Section B liver chestnut mare. 12.2hh, 13 years old. She is a lovely forward pony who would excel at mounted games, pony club and show jumping. I bought this lovely mare for myself to have some fun on and go show jumping but feel that she would be better suited to a confident rider who would like to take her on the show circuit, something that i just don't have time to do and i really need to concentrate of my competition mare. She has 3 amazing paces, is soft in the mouth, loves jumping, is good to load, with the farrier but can sometimes be stubborn to catch in the field. She normally gives in after a few minutes. A very handsome Welsh Sec A pony. Approx 11 hh and he is 7 years old. He is a fantastic kind character who loves attention and learns quickly. He is good to catch, shoe, box and clip. He has had been ridden by a very small light teenager and has been off the lead rein but is in experienced at this. Quick sale needed hence price We brought Ace to bring on and do jumping however it has become apparent that she has sweet itch. I cannot provide her with the care she deserves whilst here as I have hedges, long grass, 6 springs and a pond with no shelters. I have put a fly rug on her and it calmed her down but she needs someone who experienced with sweet itch. We have been riding her bitless walk and trot and she as been easy other than wanting to nap sometimes. It doesn't take much gentle persuasion to get her going. She has never bolted reared or bucked with me. The previous owner said she rode her out front and last across fields. My knowledge is somewhat limited on her so I welcome someone to come see her 100 times if they want to. She was backed late in life so needs her education with someone who would like a project. Good to worm, load, catch, trim. No malice in this mare at all. Registered with Welsh pony society. FOREVER HOME ONLY and horses welfare is my priority.
