16.1hh liver chestnut 11 year old gelding, fabulous horse

Sad sale of this lovely boy, through absolutely no fault of. His own, he is 11 years old liver chestnut, has impeccable manners in or out of the stable, with farrier, loading, travelling, and falls asleep whilst being clipped!! He loves show jumping, cross country and drag hunting has the best brakes, loves being ridden out and having his own human to love. There is nothing bad about this lovely boy, he doesn't like having his mane pulled but only pulls a face!, he is easy to ride, but as a thoroughbred I wouldn't place him as a novice ride, he's recently been ridden and competed on by a 14 year old. Will sell him with all his rugs (every type you can think of lol) and with his tack. He is currently stabled in the winter and out spring and summer.

This pony is quick and can turn on a sixpence, she has an enormous jump and is not phased by fillers or coloured poles etc. A very pretty little mare with a great presence about her and very keen to please. Great to catch, load, farrier etc. We've not clipped her but I'm sure she'd be fine. She is currently barefoot as she hasn't done much recently. Vaccinations and teeth up to date. Bear With Rupert 9 years old Chestnut gelding Ex racehorse I've sadly come to the conclusion due to time and work commitments I can no longer do him justice. Rupert deserves the best home possible and it would break my heart if he didn't so 5* home is a must! I have owned this lovely ginger boy for the past 3 years and it has had its ups and downs. He has manors to die for in and out of the stable and loves to be groomed and messed with. He's great to handle but like any horse he does has the tendency to shy at something daft. He has fantastic feet, regularly shod with a full set and brilliant for the farrier. Rupert is an easy going lad to ride and a fantastic attitude to work. He's very clever and picks things up easily. He hasn't done much jumping with me due to him being a show horse. I have although taken him around craven and sommerford park and he hasn't been a problem. He does however needs a confident rider to boost his confidence to pop the fence. He has excelled in the showing circuit and gives the judge a fantastic ride. Ace has been part of our family for nearly four years. He was my sons second pony and he has done everything on him. He has been to pony club camp three times, rallies countless times, fun rides, done the musical ride at the flower show in Shrewsbury twice, tried polocrosse and is a great pony to hack. Ace will happily live in or out. He is no problem at all with the vet or the farrier. He travels in a trailer or a lorry. He loves to be groomed is easy to clip and tacking up is not an issue. He wears front shoes only never needed backs and these need changing every weeks depending on the amount of road work you do. Ace is a wonderful pony to hack out alone or in company. He will go first or last but is happier infront. He is great with all traffic and fazed by nothing. I have taken him everywhere hacking open fields and country lanes and he has never scared me. Never bucked kicked or reared. HOWEVER I'm selling ace as a happy hacker. this is not through any fault of the pony I'm just trying to be honest. My son had a new pony last August so since then Ace has only hacked out. I have nowhere to show ace off to his full potential so it seemed only right to sell him as a happy hacker. he is at present being hacked out twice a week by myself. Please no LWVTB. We have owned him for nearly 4 years and over this time has been ridden by myself and my 10 yr old Daughter and before that my older Daughter. I would describe him as a very friendly, fun, forward going, responsive pony. He's a very pretty pony who moves nicely on the flat and over jumps. He's great on the yard and is turned out with mares and geldings, out all summer in at night in winter. He's good to catch, load, clip and shoe. He's good on the roads and will lead the ride. He can get a bit excited on a ride, once you've had a canter, we find if you let him lead he prefers it, for that reason I would say he would suit a competent lightweight adult/ teenager/ confident and competent child looking for a second pony, I wouldn't say he would be suitable for a novice. He will hack on his own but hasn't done for a while. He likes to jump and has done PC, XC, show jumping and sponsored rides. He had been attending weekly schooling lessons with my daughter Before she stopped riding but this area could do with a bit more work. No lumps, bumps, laminitis or sweet itch.
