Hand Reared Kakariki's - CAN DELIVER ready 25th nov

We have 7 hand reared kakarikis for sale - 2 are now sold. Hand reared from less than 1 week old. Current age is 3 weeks, but will be ready to leave at 6 weeks. These will be the most tame kakarikis you will find. Currently eating egg food, and are starting to feather nicely. Parents = Mother is yellow buttercup, father is green. Most are looking quite pied, some mostly yellow with green patches and some mostly green with yellow patches. Our price is fair considering all the cost/work that goes into hand rearing as the birds require feeding every 4 hours. We do offer delivery as we have family both north and south of Gloucestershire. We are asking for £25 deposit to secure your bird. If you require delivery we require as much notice as possible in order to plan routes etc. We are a genuine experience hand rearing breeder. Advice - in some cases people advertise a bird as hand reared to help sell the bird, but there are many ways you can identify if genuine or not. 1. view pictures in advertisement - you would expect a hand reared bird to be shown perched on hand, or at least be shown being handled. 2. you would expect pictures showing the growth of the bird - at different ages. 3. it's even better if the advert shows the bird being hand fed. 4. Price - its easy to tell a genuine hand reared bird as you will of course expect to pay more than a typical aviary bred bird - remember we have all heard the saying; you get what you pay for. I hope this advise helps anyone looking to buy a hand reared bird. Price £125 each and will include a small supply of seed/millet.
