Rudy - great 2nd pony!

Great 2nd pony! 13.2hh, solid build, Welsh X, 9 years old Due to a change of circumstance Rudy is up for sale. He is regularly ridden by myself (5ft4) both hacking out and schooling. Will hack out alone or in company, in front or behind. He will canter sensibly in an open field with a group of horses, has full breaks and is ridden in a snaffle at all times. He schools in an outline, has 3 correct balanced paces. Has easily popped 2ft3 with me with plenty of scope to go higher. He has also been ridden off the lead rein by my 9 year old sister who is a complete novice. This pony absolutely loves his job, will happily be ridden for hours! He’s fully up to date with all vaccinations, teeth done a few months ago, worked, barefoot but has regular trims. Rudy is anyone’s ride however he just wants to get on with his job and wouldn’t like to stand around for hours being fussed and groomed. Therefore I do not think he will be suitable for a small child, even though he is a saint to ride. He can be food protective - will swish his tail and pull a face. A mutual respect is the best approach. Hunting pony for sale yo in May, Welsh D Very scopey hunting pony, good on the ground and to ride. % out hacking not bothered about ANY sort of traffic.
