27ft Dawncraft River Cruiser project Boat

I took this restoration on about 3 months ago when it was out of the water, I had the hull repaired, strengthened and gel coated, built a new wooden centre cockpit ready to gel coat over. It's a 27ft Dawncraft and is not on the water with no leaks in the hull, it is also fitted with automatic bilge pump rigged up to a battery and solar charger. I also have a boat licence exemption certificate on it. It is moored next to the slipway pub car park in Burscough. Due to arthritis I cannot do any more work in it, so I am passing it on to someone who will enjoy fitting it out and using it again. there is a slipway that can be used next to the boat if you bring a trailer or there is a mooring available that can be rented from canal and river trust. I have put the price very low so please don't make any silly offers, it is much less than I have spent on it as I need a quick sale, it does need a lot of work, new windows and frames and a full refurb inside. For Sale is my lovely boat Mayhem. She is 5M 2 berth GRP cabin cruiser Day boat in extremely good condition. She has a 9.9 Hp Yamaha, Electric start outboard and Yamaha 703 Remote with safety switch and isolator. The motor has hardly been used, probably no more than 25 hours running in total and has only been used in fresh water on the broads and previously on the Ooze. Self serviced earlier this year. She is clean and tidy throughout and can sleep two people. the lockable cabin has interior light, cushions, curtains, starage boxes, small folding wall table and porta potty for the ladies. Externally she is tidy but does require a rub down and a new antifouling coat. I will include the antifoul paint along with primer and a can of topside paint. I was going to finish her off myself but ill health has prevented this, hence the reason for selling her. All external cleats, hand rails etc are stainless steel.
