27ft Dawncraft River Cruiser project Boat

I took this restoration on about 3 months ago when it was out of the water, I had the hull repaired, strengthened and gel coated, built a new wooden centre cockpit ready to gel coat over. It's a 27ft Dawncraft and is not on the water with no leaks in the hull, it is also fitted with automatic bilge pump rigged up to a battery and solar charger. I also have a boat licence exemption certificate on it. It is moored next to the slipway pub car park in Burscough. Due to arthritis I cannot do any more work in it, so I am passing it on to someone who will enjoy fitting it out and using it again. there is a slipway that can be used next to the boat if you bring a trailer or there is a mooring available that can be rented from canal and river trust.
