Genuine Irish cob for sale. Absolute Gent on the ground and very easy to do. He has previously been cross country and show jumping and previously placed with his former owner. Beautiful cob gelding for share

Alfie is a 14.2hh 17 year old beautiful rescue cob. When I rescued Alfie he came to me in quite a state, with untreated lice and mites, sharp teeth, matted fur and mud fever that had been left for so long he now has lumps and bumby skin up his legs which he is still having cream applied for. He is now back to being a healthy boy who is full of beans! He sadly has arthritis in all four legs, but my vet and trimmer have both passed him for light ridden work. Looking for someone to come up and give him fuss and attention and hack him out lightly either around our farm or down the bridle paths. There are plenty of people who can join you for hacks too if you would rather not go alone! I also have two other beautiful cobs (pictured) in full work that are available to ride for £10 per time if you fancy a proper ride out at any point. Jack - solid cob gelding 5yrs old 15h

Jack is my beautiful solid cob. He's standing hh and is only 5yrs old. Jack has been backed and now in the process of being ridden on. He walks and trots without an issue. Good soft mouth. Fantastic to hack! Not phased by anything. Needs more schooling but is coming on in leaps and bounds. Jack is not at all a silly boy he's a solid level headed boy who just takes everything in his stride. Jack is fab to lead load, groom, tie up, feet farrier, get etc. Can be a monkey to catch bit literally walks off and within a minute he gives up to be caught. Jack is amazing really he's brilliant with my 18month old she rides him grooms him leads etc and he just follows like a dog. Don't be put off by Jack's age he might only be 5 but rides much older. Jack is for sale only and no loans payment plans etc. I'm happy to hold Jack but I will be requiring a non refundable deposit. This boy is only up for sale as I'm heading back to uni in September and with a child and other horses I won't be able to give him the time he deserves.
