He grew up in a house with children and He loves children. Unfortunately due to genetic disease is blind. It does not bother him. He loves spending time with people, she does not like to be alone. My current situation forces me to find a new owner for him. Someone who will have a lot of time for him. Who will play with him and go out for walks. I work a lot and the dog is home alone, He is so unhappy when there is no one to go out with him for a walk or play. It is very difficult for me but I do not want the dog to be sad and neglected. Max is between 7-8 years old now, we rescued him at a year old. He is a very affectionate and loyal dog. Very other dog friendly tends to be submissive with other dogs but sociable always excited to meet new friends. It has been a difficult decision to make but we feel like we can no longer give Max the home he deserves. He would not be suitable for families who have young children as he nips fingers and is nervous around young kids, shaking and unsettled. Children 10 years plus maybe all right. He is full of energy!! and loves his walks. As he is a working breed if he gets a scent he follows it and has been known to bring back small rodents and birds. He will drop them on command, and it it is very rare, but I would like you to know everything. Not long after we adopted him he had a limp and we had surgery performed on his right knee cap, since he has been fine, and is in good health.
