There is just one bit of damage, a small deep dent in the wood, as shown in the photos (see last photo) but this does not detract from the playing of this guitar or it's overall appearance. Complete with tremolo bar and original padded Godin gig bag. Locking tuner heads. Neck and frets in great condition with hardly any wear. Pickup configuration is Humbucker - single - humbucker. Has had a setup by KGB Guitar repairs/luthiers in Birkenhead last year (including adjusting the action) and has not been played since. Godin guitars have a great reputation. In spite of the tremendous success of the single cutaway design featured throughout the Godin line, there has always been a contingent of hard-core, double-cutaway enthusiasts encouraging us to do something for them. With that in mind we went to work on the Freeway Classic. The basic formula is classic Godin, versatile, blues/rock gigging machine with ‘boutique guitar’ build-quality at a blue-collar price. Godin’s rock maple necks are known throughout the guitar industry for outstanding feel and boundless sustain. The 25 ½” scale neck on the Freeway features Godin’s ergo-cut shape and medium jumbo frets. Neck stability is insured by a double-action truss system capable of adding and removing relief in the neck. The body consists of a center block of silver-leaf maple with light poplar wings. Silver-leaf maple is an excellent tone wood with a weight and density similar to mahogany. The warm tone of the silver-leaf provides a perfect compliment to the rock maple neck. To ensure that we get the most from this potent combination, each neck and body are joined with a perfect wood-to-wood connection—free of paint or glue—that delivers maximum neck/body energy transfer. The sound of the silver-leaf maple comes at a price—it’s heavy! To balance the guitar and achieve a comfortable weight the silver leaf core is flanked with light poplar wings. This ultimately produces a comfortably light guitar with ‘heavy guitar’ resonance. The Godin humbucker-single-humbucker pickup configuration makes the most of excellent acoustic response of the Freeway. A double 5-way switch along with volume and tone controls supports the pickups. Godin LGXT Guitar

I am selling my Godin LGXT. I have posted a youtube video of me playing the guitar. I bought it from a tutor at the ICMP a few years ago and has been a great tool for getting a wide variety of tones from a single instrument and is one of the original ones used by players such as John McLaughlin. Since buying it I have had it set up and re-fretted by Charlie Chandler who is a top guitar techs for many leading names and his experience speaks for itself. The guitar plays and feels great and certainly feels quality with a great set of original Seymour Duncans. As you can see there is a small mark or the front of the guitar due to the original owners technique however doesn't look out of place and is just the natural wood. Other than that one of the saddles of the piazo has disconnected and requires to be soldered back but the midi works great. final thing is that one of the locking tuners is missing however it was not there when I bought it and the tuning stability is great so there was no need to pay the small amount for a new one. Other than that guitar plays great and the neck is one of the smoothest I've played. I connected to a gr-55 midi unit a few years ago and worked great but only really been using it as a guitar for the most part. Will restring the guitar if you wish to come and try it. Am selling at a further reduction of price from what I bought it at so this is an extremely good guitar for £600. Godin's xtSA solidbody guitar gives you the perfect combination of classic electric guitar design, amazing playing comfort, and fantastic tone range.  A jack-of-all-trades, and master of all of them, the xtSA’s incredible sound power begins with three distinct voices: electric guitar, acoustic guitar and synth controller.  The xtSA delivers big time electric sounds via the Godin humbucker-single-humbucker pickup configuration and thanks to a special 5-way switch setup extra meaty humbucker tones co-exist with glassy split-coil sounds in the second and forth position.
