Hi, I’m selling my reissue Les Paul, built in the Gibson Custom Shop in . I have owned this guitar from new and taken good care of it. It’s in great condition and as it came out of the factory – no mods. It features Gibson’s lovely Custombucker pickups, which I really like. The original hard case, certificate of authenticity and tags are all included. The guitar weighs about 8.5lb and sounds glorious. The neck is a comfortable 'C' shape - a little more refined than the older '59 reissues. The action is about 1.5mm on the low E and 1mm at the high E (12th fret), with no buzz at all. This is a Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Special Reissue Faded Cherry VOS. With the latest Custom Shop specs. Wonderful woodgrain. New and unused. Features: period-correct solid mahogany Les Paul-style body nickel hardware and lightweight aluminum wraparound tailpiece 24 ¾-inch scale length neck crafted from one piece of mahogany headstock with Holly veneer long neck tenon 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays single-ply crème binding Gibson’s traditional ’50s rounded neck profile (on this example it is less rounded) period-correct CTS pots and bumble bee capacitors standard 2 volume, 2 tone knob setup, and three-way selector switch period-correct white button tuners Faded Cherry V.O.S. finish standard Gibson Custom Shop case and certificate of authenticity. Near mint and no issues at all apart from one very tiny ding. I have also noticed one tiny blemish (in the top layer of the finish only not in the wood), it's near the strap button and its size is ca. 5x5mm. These two marks are shown in the last two photos and are due to handling as the guitar really is not used. Unless you are really looking for these marks, they are hardly visible. I would say the condition of the guitar is 9.7 out of 10. The guitar is light (7.8 lbs) and has a very comfortable ' C neck profile. No swaps at all, sorry. No offers, thank you. This is a great Gibson Les Paul Traditional with a beautiful ocean blue flamed maple top. The Les Paul Traditional is a remake of the late ’50s Les Pauls. It has a solid mahogany body (without weight relief) and a one-piece ’59 neck, which creates serious sustain. The guitar comes with the Gibson’s ’59 Tribute Humbuckers, which have been designed to re-create the tones of the legendary 59 bursts. This guitar sounds the part! Versatile, classic, fat Les Paul tones a la ZZ TOP, Slash, Joe Bonamassa, Randy Rhoades, name it. This guitar delivers. If you don’t want to spend 3-5 times the price of this guitar for a Custom Shop R9 or a Historic 59, this guitar is it. The instrument is in top condition, but has a small blemish and colour repair at the right top end of the headstock (see photo). Here I have my stunning Gibson lp custom black beauty made in . All original apart from the tuners but I still have the original tuners as seen in pic. No extra holes as the new tuners fit perfectly. T top pickups which sound bluesy but also rock out. Original case... these alone are going for £450 alone. The guitar itself is in really great condition for her age with no buckle rash or anything other than very minor light surface marks but for a 75 trust me it doesn't get better. Fret less wonder this guitar and a real shredder. Weigh's about pounds. Original pots' wiring ' t top pickups it just doesn't get better. I've not had this guitar very long but I've come to the realisation it's a tad to heavy for me personally especially gigging so I've decided with a heavy heart to part with it.Grab yourself a bit of history () lp black beauty!!!! Greetings, Previously owned by an important band's guitar player (have to respect their wish and keep it a low profile), this is one hell of an instrument. First, because of its history, second because it features Real ebony and not last because it's a Custom Shop creation. The top on this guitar is a true admiration for me. It seems like plain top but under certain light angle it assumes that tight and deep flame. Killer! The neck is straight, there's minimal fret wear. All the electronics and finish are original. No breaks, no repairs, no modifications. Original hard shell case in used but good condition included! Detailed description of the item below: Headstock: Clean, one ding on the front corner and one ding on the back. Neck: Solid, no breaks, no repairs, no alterations. The Real ebony board is clean and there are no cracks, the frets show virtually no wear and the neck is straight. Typical Rounded Neck profile just as any Les Paul Custom from the era. Body: Clean overall, light surface scratches on the back plus a few insignificant and finish-only dings, various surface dings around the input jack area but nothing through the finish. The top is mostly clean with light dings here and there but hard to notice as they match the color and they are not through the finish.

Comes with a Gibson case and the authenticity booklet. Has Grover tuners a Seymour Duncan 59 pickup on the neck and a JB on the bridge which IMHO sound much better than the original stock 490t and 480t. I know longer have the original pickups. This originally came without the pickup covers, easy to remove if not your taste. This has a richlite fretboard chrome hardware and white binding. Sounds and plays like it should.
