For Sale is my Gibson USA Les Paul Studio 60's Tribute in Satin Gold. Purchased new by me from PMT Bristol in June . I have the original bill of sale. Included is the original soft carry case and an aftermarket hard shell case with combination lock. These guitars receive rave reviews and they are as good as people say. The P90's are great with a higher output than traditional soap bar pick ups. This guitar has been played so there is evidence of polishing in the satin finish in the expected areas, there are a couple of small areas where the finish has scratched, I have shown these in the third picture. Fret wear is minimal. The pick guard has been fitted previously so there are the usual screw holes if (like me) you prefer the look without. For Sale - Gibson Les Paul 50's Tribute Gold Top in Bideford

I am selling my Gibson Les Paul 50's tribute. These were originally made for 'Thomann' and could only be bought from them. I have added original Gibson nickel pickup covers as I considered they made the guitar look more authentic and aged. The finish is satin netrocelluose, typical of guitars of that period. The guitar features a gold top and the rest of the guitar is dark brown. This isn't a polyester finish so it will mark and age very nicely. There are some small marks on the rear edge (see photo) but nothing drastic, the guitar is in excellent condition. Comes with a well padded gig bag and the original Gibson box it shipped with. I would consider organising a courier, cost would be approx £ but would confirm at time of sale. Ideally I would except payment via Paypal or cash if picked up. Would consider meeting half way depending on distance.

Gibson Les Paul Studio (gold edition) with Gibson Hardcase

Hi there, For sale is a Gibson Les Paul Studio from , built in Nashville, USA. Superb example of a 20 year old Les Paul studio in stunning wine red finish. This is the gold edition which features gold hardware rather than the more common chrome. Overall, the guitar is in fantastic condition for its age with one or two minor dings as shown in the pictures - these are to the rear and near bottom side at the strap button, both are not visible when playing the guitar. Built quality on this is second to none. Made in an era when Gibson took more care about things and this is reflected when compared to the newer versions. These are very desirable examples. Typical Gibson construction: Solid one piece mahogany body with carved maple top and set mahogany neck. As I said before, this is old school Gibson quality so there's None of this modern 'weight relief' garbage - the thing weighs an absolute ton and offers great sustain. The 22 fret mahogany set neck has a lovely rosewood fret board with pearloid inlays as standard on LP's. Frets are nice and level with many years of playing left in them - there no need for any re-fretting any time soon! Pickups are the Gibson hot ceramic set - 496R in the neck, 498T in the bridge. They give much more bite than vintage PAF's or modern Burstbuckers but are versatile for all playing styles. I'd say it's a solid 8/10, especially for its age with no excessive damage. The headstock cap is pristine and not cracked/weathered like is common with LP's as time go's on. Hardware has light tarnishing as to be expected. Original black pickguard is included. Comes with a genuine Gibson custom shop case with purple velvet interior included, these are circa £180 alone. Prices to sell. You'll struggle to get one of these with a case for any less than £600 and modern Studio's of lesser quality are around £900 in stores. I'm open to offers or part ex plus cash my way, let me know what you've got to offer. I'd be interested in Ibanez RG's/Iron label's and Fenders - USA only or anything Jim Root Fender. Purchased this around 10 years ago off the original owner with the original receipt of sale dated to . He had only ever used it to learn on and I’ve only used it in the house hence its pretty much mint condition. There is slight tarnish on the gold hardware and a slight laquer mark on the rear of the guitar where the nitro has reacted to a stand prior to my purchase but its hard to see and does not affect the playability at all. This is my beautiful Les Paul Standard with a stunning AAA Flamed top in translucent Amber. She is a build in very good condition, with no breaks, repairs, dink’s etc. She has a lovely deep mahogany back with slight swirling and not buckle rash. She boasts Burstbucker V pickups which offer a myriad of tones from cool jazz type chords to screaming Rock n Roll riffs and all quite effortlessly. Lovely 50’s neck profile, but not a chunky neck, really nice C shape and very slick/smooth in the hand. All usual top end Gibson hardware with no fret wear and weighing in a really comfortable 8lbs 10oz. Gibson Les Paul Classic Flame Top Trades considered

Overall good condition Gibson Les Paul Classic in Heritage Cherry. Great top on this one! Great player and set up with 10's. This guitar is really bright and punchy acoustically. I have had the electric redone removing the stock coil taps and also the mini switch that was in place of a bridge tone pot. It now has the traditional Gibson set up of two volumes and two tones. proper CTS pots and orange drop capacitors fitted. Capacitor values are 15uf in the neck and.33uf in the bridge. It nails the bluesbreaker tone with these installed. The bridge tone pot hole had to be widened as it was originally a small hole with a mini switch so needed to be modified to fit a CTS pot. This was done professionally. Wiring has been done in a vintage 50's style with high quality metal braided wire. Still has the stock 57 classic pickups fitted and they sound great on this guitar. I have also changed the machine heads to some nice groves and the nut has been changed to a bone one. Comes with the original brown Gibson case that has a few battle scares but works perfectly. Fair price on this, the new versions cost £ and they only have a plain top. Might consider a trade depending on what. Not interested in anything pointy. I'm mostly interested in Rickenbacker 's, and Gibson semi's.
