Old and nice 4/4 violin with a Nice lions head. The label inside reads "Antonius Stradiuarius Cremonensis faciebat anno " (of course it is an old copy of a Stradiuari violin) Please see the beautiful edge of the violin!! A very small part of the edge is missing. The overall length of the violin is 59,5cm / 23,5inch. The body is 35,6cm (inch). There are some repaired cracks. (see pic). An ideal instrument for a student who is learning and wishes to upgrade to a larger instrument. The item also comes with a case, full set of strings, resin, three chin rests including the one that is attached, a shoulder rest and a microfibre cloth for cleaning.

ANTIQUE STRADIVARIUS COPY VIOLIN... Circa

The violin measures approx inches (555mm) long overall, (13 inches (330mm) along the body, not including the bump at the base of the neck) and has a beautiful two piece mahogany back, and a pine soundboard. It is in good condition, with very light wear in keeping with its age, (please see photos). There is no woodworm. The makers label inside reads ANTONIUS STRADIVARIUS FECIT CREMONA comes with its bow. Seam on the back of the violin is slightly raised and needs attention,if I were to keep the violin I would have this looked at and also buy a new case. Please see the photos for condition and type. Antique Full Size Violin. Possibly Late - Early German

The label on this quality instrument is missing but the remnants can clearly be seen inside. For this reason the violin maker unfortunately can not be verified. It does however have a rich full bodied resonant sound to grace any string group or orchestra. I believe it is of a German maker but this is not verified. This violin has received a light cosmetic facelift. Cleaned and inspected to ensure perfect playability. New strings, Tuning pegs, Tailpiece and Bridge. The sound post is set and firm. Typically this would suit a player how has mastered the violin with good grades and want to progress to a quality instrument to further their skill. Mellow 7/8 German Copie de Antonius Stradivarius, Fecit Saxony, Fil Anno Up for sale I have an old, 7/8 German built, Strad copy. The label inside reads: Copie de Antonius Stradivarius, Fecit Saxony, Fil Anno. . This has been a well played violin, judging by the dinks, donks, and scratches, it has acquired over the years. A very well made violin, with a lovely, flamed Maple, back, sides, and neck, with a fine grained Spruce top. All the dark woods are Ebony, and the tail piece has been fitted with four fine tuners for precise tuning. It has been set up with a new set of Perlon strings, similar to Thomastik strings, with a nice easy action. There are no signs of any damage or repairs. The sound of this little instrument is amazing for its size, very mellow, yet quite deep, and mature for a 7/8 size violin. Comes with a good case, which is fully functional, a good bow, and a new tub of golden Rosin. A lovely old German built violin.
