60's Vintage G Plan Fresco dining extendable table and 4 chairs. Table is teak veneered, tapered legs are solid teak. The top of the table slides apart to reveal fold out extension leaf. The table seats 4-6/8. It is in very good condition with only minor age/use related marks. 4 matching teak G Plan chairs with original black vinyl padded seats and backs are also in good condition. There are a few small rips in the vinyl. The foam is still firm and very comfortable though! The table and chairs have been refreshed and are ready to use. This particular piece dates from between and , as indicated by the style of G-Plan badge which is still present on the underside of the extension. The table is a beautiful example for this period -We purchased the table for our home but alas it is too big !! We love the style but havn't the room - we have since gone for the G-plan Gate-Legged Table which has solved that one !! I have spent a little time polishing and there are remarkably few marks on the surface, which feels amazing to the touch - three small indentations on one half of the top (see photos) which is all - the legs are perfect - no scuffs or scratches whatsoever.
