Introduction to Mindfulness - 6 Week Course - starts April

An ideal course for those wanting to gain a better understanding of Mindfulness whilst starting their own daily practice. Each week a different aspect of mindfulness is explored, covering the fundamental practices of Mindfulness, formal and informal practices to used in daily life. The group consists of discussion and periods of meditation. The course provides an opportunity to build on skills from experiential learning during sessions and practice at home. The course is co-run between Julie Wilson and Andrea Osborne, both who have their own regular mindfulness practice and both hold Level 4 (foundation degree level) Certificate in Teaching Mindfulness and Compassion.
