A cracking example of the much loved Fletcher speed boat. Things needing sported are perspex windshield a bung plug throttle and steering cables clipped in place as good clean out the inside and a outboard motor bolted on and your in the water. The trailer could do with a couple of new tyres and a hand winch to retrieve the boat. I Have just not got time to fix myself or I would be fixing it and using. Hull is in great condition and has usual scratches but please remember this is not a brand new boat age related things are expected. I will load more pics of trailer ect tomorrow. This auction is for my beloved speed boat Madame Ooplaa some of you may have seen this for sale before as a complete unit, ie trailer and engine. I have become very attached to the engine over the years and so decided to keep it and the trailer too as they are worth more to me for my new boat as I know the history, so the fletcher is sold as it is on its own and I must say unless you buy brand new I don't think you will get better. The boat is in beautiful condition and each time I have pulled it from the water and removed the drain plug, I have never had water, it has been looked after and to be honest polished more than used. The only reason for sale is that my needs have changed as in I dive now, so have brought a rib with no trailer and engine....hence this sale. Comes complete with a purpose made cover. Any inspection welcome, the boat is stored undercover and always has been. I have used this boat in the Irish Sea and it's performed flawlessly, never a leak, never an issue.
