Bought this off a friend last year, but due to wife leaving her job, now getting another job that requires some week-end work, and owning a horse, we are never going to use it. I am in the process of cleaning it up. It has not been toured since , and used very rarely since then. IT IS NOT FOR SALE until I have got it pressure washed and done a few minor jobs. Interior is almost like brand new. Outside is virtually unmarked. Loads of paperwork, 3 keys, 2 alarm fobs, hitchlock with 3 keys, water roller, small porch awning, new spare tyre, all other tyres like new, 2 leads 12s and 12n to connect to towing vehicle, 16amp mains lead, free standing small rotary clothes drier, gas bottle, steps. Toilet hardly ever used due to being on a site for years. 2 fixed single beds with memory foam matresses, and a double can be made at the other end. Only fault I know off is apparently, some switch is stuck on mains not 12volt but knowing its last owner, it may just need some lubrication and 3 years ago, there was a drip from a skylight surround, so it was professionally re-sealed and there is slight marking on the roof. 6Berth Fleetwood Heritage 640 ES Touring Caravan

Reluctant sale of our much loved family caravan due to children turning into teenagers! It is 6 berth and back bedroom can be separated off to give privacy. The layout is great as the back bedroom can be left as two single beds or can be joined up to make a huge double bed. There are also two separate bunks that can be pulled out over the top. The van is a great set up with built in microwave, larger than average fridge/freezer, gas cooker, central heating and hot water system,multiple TV points the list goes on. There is a full size shower and toilet which can be used individually or cleverly linked by multiway doors to create a small bathroom area. The van does come with a full size awning but is in a state of repair due to storm damage when last used. We do also have a Kampa rally 390 inflatable awning which will be sold separately. There is a brand new aqua roll (never used as van was seasonally sited) and a waste master. There are removable carpets and other camping accessories that we have accumulated over the years.
