Courses available: Level 2 EMERGENCY FIRST AID Price: £50 Per Person Would you like to know what to do if someone had an accident? Most of us would just stand helpless and not know what to do! However, you could be the one that has had the top level training and the confidence to help someone in need! During this day 1 course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds, bleeding and minor injuries. DOOR SUPERVISION COURSE Price: £175 Per Person This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to work as a door supervisor as it provides them with the necessary skills and knowledge to apply for an SIA license in this field. Subjects covered include behavioural standards, legislation relevant to the role, search procedures, powers of arrest, recording incidents and crime scene preservation, reducing risk, conflict management, communicating effectively and physical intervention. CCTV COURSE Price: £175 Per Person This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to work as a CCTV operative as it provides them with the necessary skills and knowledge to apply for an SIA license in this field. It has been developed to meet the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Subjects covered include roles and responsibilities of CCTV operators, codes of practice, operational procedures and guidelines, CCTV equipment and operation, and surveillance techniques. LEVEL 1 AWARD IN HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSTRUCTION (QCF) Price: £250 Per Person This qualification is designed for learners working in, or aspiring to work in, the construction industry. It will give learners the knowledge to undertake their jobs safely. Successful learners who also complete the CITB Operatives Health, Safety and Environment knowledge test will fulfil the requirements to apply for the CSCS Labourer's card. This qualification covers common hazards and risks in a construction environment, safe manual handling practices, working safely in height and working safely around plant and machinery. It also covers the importance of effective teamwork and communication in ensuring safe working practices are followed in the construction industry.
