4 acre field for sole use, Diy and full grass livery also

I have a 4 acre field that will be avaliable 1st of April. It has double fencing which eleteric going around the end to stop the horses from leaning on any fencing. Self filling water trough and natural shelter. It will be upto the owner of the horses kept on the land to maintain the fencing and grazing. Mobile field shelters and stables are allowed on the land if they are on skids riding is also allowed in the fields. Max of 3 horses £300 PER month and a £300 deposit is also required for any damages and any rent arrears if that wasn't to happen. Diy avaliable at a quiet farm, feed storage double fencing self filling water troughs a tie up area and a grass school that can be used all year round due to the grazing being on sand. Fields only suffer from mud around the gates. Small mixed herds. £90 per month per horse. Full grass livery includes hard feed of owners choice hay wormer, farrier and vet assistente daily care such as grooming and rug changes.
