Ferolli Optimax HE Plus 31 Combi Boiler. Faulty, I believe it failed because the diverter valve had been leaking but unfortunately was not spotted until it was too late, I believe water has leaked into the electronic circuit board/panel. The valve has been replaced so it no longer leaks but it was too little to late. I've now got a new boiler installed so this one is available for spares or repair.
