The overall condition is very good throughout especially for 40 year old guitar so it has a couple of small knicks to the finish but nothing major, it is all standard with no mod or repairs it also comes with the original bridge plate and saddle as the previous owner changed it so it was more comfortable to play! Fender USA Stratocaster th Anniversary Edition; Candy-Apple Red with Tweed Hard Case

This is in absolutely stunning condition for a 20-year-old guitar; it has been treated with love and respect and has never been gigged. Do take careful note of the following cosmetic blemishes, however: There is some slight zip rash from a soft carry-case on the bottom edge. On the REAR of the headstock there is a slight chip to the lacquer (not the wood) which has been re-lacquered but is still visible. On the REAR of the headstock there is a small concavity where the wood had slightly chipped; this has been filled with glass resin and varnished but is still visible. On the rear bout, there is a very faint patch of dark colouration under the lacquer; this has been there since new. The guitar is fully set up with new strings and is ready to play. The case is an absolutely brand new tweed affair with plush crimson lining, triple-clasps and keys. It is a Gear4Music make but has been debadged! This is your best chance of getting a USA-made Strat this side of a thousand pounds. The serial number is N and you will see that this checks out as having been made in Corona, California in . It has a Fender Anniversary plaque on the rear of the headstock. I can post but costs will be high because of the weight and the insurance. A fantastic Fender Telecaster Special USA in Olympic White Complete with Fender gig bag and all accessories For anyone that knows about these guitars, they will know how great they play and sound with the Texas Special pick ups for which these guitars are famous for. Manufactured . Hard to come by these second hand without spending more than £800,but even then not benefitting from a luthier set up. Had a full pro set up at a cost of £80 and plays perfectly. Nice and low with no fret buzz. Frets are incredible as this guitar has never been gigged or played hard, in fact it has never left the house. Beautiful in what I think is the best colour way of Olympic white with black scratch plate. Couple of small marks as indicated by the photos.
