The guitar is in excellent condition, unique and looks fantastic. A real stand out from the crowd instrument It has recently been the subject of a full set up, including new strings, action, intonation and everything required. It plays superbly with a very low and fast action. The bodywork is in very good condition with just a few very minor cosmetic marks (surface scratches). Here we have for sale is a superb Fender USA Telecaster Custom which as you see is a great example, it was black but was refinished many years ago purple and to be honest the colour is actually growing on me and looks better in the flesh. The overall condition is very good throughout especially for 40 year old guitar so it has a couple of small knicks to the finish but nothing major, it is all standard with no mod or repairs it also comes with the original bridge plate and saddle as the previous owner changed it so it was more comfortable to play! Everything functions perfectly and is in excellent condition - there are no marks on the guitar of any significance whatsoever and there are none of the typical belt buckle marks at the back of the guitar you often find with used guitars. Bought brand new in October for over £800. I've hardly used it, however, as I've kept it to one side as my "best guitar" and use my Strat and Casino instead on a daily basis. For sale is my beautiful Fender Telecaster Custom. It was made in the now none existent Fullerton factory in California in . This is an amazing example of a very rare colour way, and it really is eye catching. The guitar is all original parts excluding three replacement pickup mounting screws (not bad for a 40 year old guitar!) I've just had the guitar professionally set up by master luthier Eltham Jones in Bristol, UK, and it plays and sounds absolutely perfect. As an upgraded addition he's added plastic tubes to protect the bridge springs as they are very old and it aids the functionality and protects against ware. It's a very versatile guitar in terms of sound, and it carries a lot more power than Tele's of this generation, it's also very light for the time of manufacture. With the guitar comes a lockable but not original hardcase and a strap also. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, I will consider shipping this guitar but this will have to be discussed. I will also be happy to meet half way in the UK. FENDER STRATOCASTER SUNBURST MEX EXCELLENT CONDITION For sale is this gorgeous Fender Stratocaster in Antique White. Made in Mexico in - a great guitar considering its age. One of the nicely made of the Nineties Fender Strat's. Opinions say that Strat's of this decade are superior to those made in the next century. Argueably... Features Bodywork is really nice condition with few small marks that you would expect from a guitar of this age - there are some minor paint repairs on the bottom edge which have been polished out. It would also appear that the guitar stood on a stand for sometime and there are some pressure points on the guitar paintwork that you can ony see under certain light. Don't let that ut you off because this is a great looking guitar as you can see by the pictures. The guitar is setup nicely with a great low action making it very fluid to play with rich tones and sounds with its five way pickup switch. The Maple neck and fretboard are in great condition with some fret wear but still plenty left before a fret dress. All electrics are in full working order and it sounds great! The guitar has been thoroughly cleaned and polished. The strings are new EB Super Slinky's 009's - the action and feel is great. The neck pickup has been replaced with a genuine American Standard and sounds superb Complete with tremelo arm that always seems to be missing from most Strats you see secondhand.
