Fender Classic Player '50s Baja Telecaster - Custom Shop Pickups and Design - trade/swap

A quick Google should find you hundreds of superlative reviews for this guitar. It feels amazing to play and can cover any tones you want (including that blissful traditional tele twang!) with its Custom Shop pickups and S1 switching circuit. Only selling due to buying a flat and needing the funds! Only issues are one chip on the back of the lower horn and the pickguard has been replaced with a modern replacement (no new holes have been drilled and you can easily replace this with a vintage-style one for a few quid). Apart from this it is shiny as new! I would consider a trade for an instrument of equal or greater worth, and would even throw in some extra cash if you have something particularly interesting that is USA-made. Custom built telecaster electric guitar (not Fender)

Tastefully custom built telecaster electric guitar, tribute to Leo's first guitars. It is not an original Fender - just a tribute to one. This instrument is made according to old specs that were used back in 50s, to bring back the feel of what teles were back in the day. Body is full thickness alder with a thin nitro finish. All hardware is aged, with weathering and some rust protruding to bring the look of an old instrument that been around for decades. Neck is satin finish, with a skunk stripe, chunky D profile. Also maybe a quality OM size acoustic (think McIlroy, Lowden, Collings, Santa Cruz, Bourgeois etc) I've had the JJ for around 6 years now and it is barely used. A previous owner had fitted a string tree but it was removed before I got it and the tiny hole in the headstock has been tastefully filled (you can barely see it just above the "e" in Fender). Otherwise it is in incredible condition as can been seen from the photos. It comes with certification and original Fender CS case. Hi,just a run down telling you a bit about the guitar.The neck is maple with 21vintage frets and no real wear to speak of,vintage kluson style tuners to finish the neck off.The body is blonde in colour and you can see the ash body through the finish.The guitar comes with 2 vintage style pickups which have been wax potted to eliminate any unwanted squeal and feedback.The guitar comes from fender with good quality pots,switch and jack,all cavities and rear of pick guard have been screened for unwanted noise.The old jack socket was troublesome and has been replaced with an electro socket jack,all good now.The guitar is ten years old with one knock on the rear where the paint has come off a few minor marks on it but generally in very good condition.There is a hard cause in the sale to protect the guitar.Thanks Nick.Email for more photos.
