Details about   18" Wide Derby House Farrington GP Saddle.

English made GP  saddle by Farrington for Derby House. Good quality and sound. Had very little use and is in lovely condition. Nice big knee and thigh blocks. Comfortable and very secure. Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle. Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a wide fit. Stamped 'M' on the stirrup bar but was professionally widened. Flap measures " from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. Girth straps are very sound and solid. Leather is soft and supple throughout. Nicely flocked panels with a good wide gullet. In very good used condition, just normal signs of wear. Good useful saddle, very comfortable for horse and rider. Any questions please ask! My email address is or call . Like new my farrington saddle is sadly for sale. It is nearly new hardly any marks were stirrups av been I used it for showing and workers its great for jumping in but sadly horse was sold last year and I've only shown my new horse a hand full of times and are now looking for a proper jumping saddle for eventing. Farrington's Burford Event GP Saddle nearly new! Seat: 17.5 Width: Medium Black As you will see from the photos this saddle has hardly been used (less than 5 times)! These saddles suit a variety of horses and ponies, in particular those with shape in their backs as opposed to the flat backed types. For the rider it features a medium depth comfort seat with good sized knee rolls giving the rider a good level of support and assistance with balance. For the horse it has a large bearing surface ensuring maximum comfort. Suitable for a wide range of activities including hunting, hacking, dressage, jumping and showing.
