This saddle was purchased from Crewe Saddlery and is made by Farringtons. It is a black leather general purpose saddle with a 16" seat. It is a medium fit and measures 10" D ring to D ring. Gullet measurements from front, middle and back are (f)3"; (m)2"; (b) 2". It has been very well looked after and is in excellent condition.

Farrington Gp /Event saddle, 18ins, used, black, medium wide, 5 1/2in front gullet,d to d 9ins to 9 half inches depending on were you want to take measursement.  saddle check over earlier this year by saddler when had flocking added and is very sound,  normals sign's of wear, in very good condition does have wychanger labels on top of saddle and the label next to stirrup bars, which was on there when i bought the saddle, is ingraved in leather under girth straps farrington and thats what it was sold as, and confirmed by the saddler its farrington, wide seat area, very comfortable to do all disciplines and keeps you in a great postion.you could ride in it all day. no longer fits horse. sorry about p&p but due to work i can only use post office and there not cheap. uk only

Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle. Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a wide fit. Stamped 'M' on the stirrup bar but was professionally widened. Flap measures " from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. Girth straps are very sound and solid. Leather is soft and supple throughout. Nicely flocked panels with a good wide gullet. These saddles suit a variety of horses and ponies, in particular those with shape in their backs as opposed to the flat backed types. For the rider it features a medium depth comfort seat with good sized knee rolls giving the rider a good level of support and assistance with balance.
