Falmouth Gypsy 24' Sailing Boat ready to go!

Character sailing boat, bilge + centre keel berth in cabin, with separate heads. Double sliding coach-roof gives lovely open feel to living area Very strong and ideal as creek crawler with shallow draught or very stable sea boat. Inboard 10hp engine with 12v battery system for full lights and instruments, DSC radio, GPS, instruments for wind depth and speed. Tiller autopilot. Upholstery recently recovered in blue and topsides completely re painted/varnished to high standard. Sails in good condition and stack-pack + sail cover only 2 years old. Mast is in a tabernacle and there is a brilliant rig which allows one handed raising or lowering. Possible club mooring after membership. For sale is my old 420 sailing dinghy. This boat is a small project but comes with sails, trailer and launching trolley. It was in use a couple of seasons ago, but has not been used since and hence it looks rather 'the worse for wear'. I have not used the trailer on the road, and imagine it would need a service before this would be recommended, so the boat is for collection. However this is a very cheap, straightforward project for somebody to get on the water, as a good clean up will be the main thing needed initially! Construction: Cold-moulded hull. 2x 3mm layers Marine Plywood sandwiched between 3mm veneers of Khaya Mahogany. Planking thickness: 12mm. Sheathed with Xynole for abrasion resistance and strength. Solid Oak centreline structure. A very strong boat built for longevity. Western Red Ceder planked decks and laminated Mahogany transom. Spars are made from Sitka Spruce for lightweight and strength. General: 'Lucille' is an ideal short-term project for someone who has the time and tools to finish her. She can be sailed or sold for a much higher value than listed here. She comes with: her newly-made mainsail, most of the of the wood, fittings, turning blocks and fastenings required to finish her, and her spars (mast, boom, and gaff) are all shaped and varnished. Simplicity 14 Micro sailing Cruiser unfinished boat project Selway Fisher design

Simplicity 14 (Selway Fisher) which is mostly complete. Built for my son who now doesn't want it! Made from high quality marine ply (Robbins Timber) on pine and fastened with stainless steel fixings and epoxy resin/tape. The hull/cabin sole/cockpit sole are finished and the bunks inside are virtually finished (apart from a very small infill pad). Mast step also built. Bunks have been built so they can be removed. Cockpit it framed out and two of the seats made. Just the aft one to go. Selling with the plans/instructions. Trailer pictured is not included, but I can deliver a reasonable distance for cost.
