Young Ackie Monitor lizard and full set up

I have came into the possession of a Young Akie monitor. The person who had it just wanted to get rid of it as it was an ex boyfriends who just left. It wasn't being kept in a perfect set up, so I took the monitor and then went and bought the full set up - see pictures. The animal itself was checked over by a professional who confirmed it was in good health. It's very tame and measures about 5 inches right now, but will grow to about 2.5 feet. it comes in a brand new Viv exotics vivarium. Brand new UV strip spotlight and the best type of substrate for it. it also has a brand new ceramic heater. After about 18 months it would be advisable to get larger Viv. This one is 2ft length, 1 foot deep and 1 foot depth. An ackie normally retails for about £. The brand new tank and all equipment came to £170. I am prepared to sell the complete set up for £200. I can deliver as long as it's within a reasonable distance and I would then have to factor in petrol costs. He is about 3 years old and unfortunately I just do not have the time to give him the attention he requires because of this he is not very tame and requires a fair bit of handling.
