This is an old Esse Columbian stove that has not been used for a few years. The kitchen is being refurbished and recent roofing work means it now has no chimney. It was in full working order when last used. It has a back boiler so would be ideal for a small cottage or similar where it could do all the heating and cooking. However the boiler has a leak which may be repairable though the stove is at least 30 years old. I believe new boilers may be available or new ones made. Alternatively the stove could be used without a boiler. It is very cheap because of the boiler and I would like it to sell quickly. It is cash on collection only, it is now outside without being dismantled apart from doors, splashback etc. It is very heavy and will need at least two people with suitable equipment to move it. Solid fuel. Back boiler filled with sand as I have been using it as a room heater in my garage only. Needs riddle grate and one handle broke which can be changed easily anyway.
