Large Tent ! Waterproof as we used it for a break away in Devon and was fine. Unfortunately one of the sleeping compartments is missing so we just used an inner tent which we are selling separately for £15. A very large tent in brilliant condition. Comes with extra porch shown in photo, this also comes with a groundsheet for the internal porch but we forgot to put it down to photograph. The tent comes with a carpet for the internal area. Each side of the tent easily houses 2 double air beds and there is a small annex part on the back which could be used to house a toilet or for extra storage, which is what we used it for. Setting up - we are by no means experienced campers and this tent is a beast but we managed to get it up very easily, it is very logical and easy to manage with 2 people. Layout- Superb.
