A very large tent in brilliant condition. Comes with extra porch shown in photo, this also comes with a groundsheet for the internal porch but we forgot to put it down to photograph. The tent comes with a carpet for the internal area. Each side of the tent easily houses 2 double air beds and there is a small annex part on the back which could be used to house a toilet or for extra storage, which is what we used it for. Royal Pescera 8 man tent. Fabulous large family tent for sale. Selling on behalf of my Dad who bought it on an impulse and only used it once so in excellent condition. I haven't taken it all out of the bag to check however last time it was out there were no marks/rips/tears and all was packed away properly. The centre pod of this tent is full standing height and it is very spacious so great for family holidays. Due to the sheer size it is very heavy but the bag it comes in is on wheels for ease. Please note that the picture of the tent in bag is the actual tent, however picture of the pitched tent is a stock google image to show how it looks as I didn't fancy putting it up in January just to take a picture! Lovely large tent in excellent condition. Has 3 separate bedroom compartments (you can just put 2 up if you want to leave a massive living area). Plenty of room for a table and chairs. Large, separate 'wet area' to the front to leave shoes, surfboards, bikes, towels etc. to keep the rest of the tent nice and dry. You can unzip the divider between the living area and wet area. Zip in groundsheet to keep bugs out. Lots of windows with fly screens for ventilation. Sturdy metal poles to withstand bad weather. Storage pockets outside the bedroom compartment. Small side annexe which is ideal to store a porta loo.Tent is approximately 22 feet by 10 feet and has its own wheeled storage bag. Only used about 7 times and stored in a dry attic. Setting up - we are by no means experienced campers and this tent is a beast but we managed to get it up very easily, it is very logical and easy to manage with 2 people. Layout- Superb. Very flexible with all the three bedrooms removable. I would say that if you like your space then it would sleep a family of four in extreme comfort but I can easily see it living up to it's 8 berth tag.
