Empire Aristocrat Vintage Manual Typewriter, New Ribbon,Case

A fully serviced Empire Aristocrat vintage manual portable typewriter. Circa , the machine works very good! The keys and levers function as they should, the comfortable keys are very responsive and the typewriter provides a range of settings to make your typing just the way you like it: allowing to set different margins, line spacing and others. It has been fitted with a new ribbon so you can type as soon as you get it and without any hassle. Also comes with the original case which has a comfortable handle. The overall condition is excellent. The case has minor markings and the "." sticks if you press it very lightly. Apart from those minor points, the typewriter is in fully working order. Empire / Aristocrat portables are Hermes Baby clones, made in England under a licence agreement. The manufacturer was British Typewriters Ltd. in West Bromwich, England. The retro typewriter would be ideal for writers and authors, especially in the creative field. It will also be a unique gift. Due to the style and the aesthetics of the typewriter, it can be used for display purposes like home decor and events such as exhibitions and weddings. It appeals to all generations. The only real NSA-proof of creating, storing and exchanging information! If you are interested in purchasing the typewriter, you are more than welcome to come and try it out. I can give a quick guide on how to use one so don’t be afraid if you’re new to such technology. It is possible to rent it out for one-off occasions with a set deposit and a smaller fee.
