Electric folding bicycle described by manufacturer as follows: Top speed -15 mph Brakes-Alloy Linear Pull Front with Rear Band Brake With alloy / resin brake inhibit levers Fork -16" Spring Suspension Fork Frame - Currie Folding Design with Aluminum Frame with integrated rear carrier Handlebar-Alloy Folding Adjustable Bars with Krayton Grips Saddle-GS Comfort Suspension Seatpost-Alloy Q/R post Weight (kg)-24 Working on a slightly different idea from the usual power-assist, one revolution of the low geared crank (44x16 on 16in wheels) triggers the motor, which takes over most of the duties up to the legislated cut-off of 15 mph, you'll be spun out trying to keep pedalling, so the correct technique is to rotate the pedals slowly, relying almost entirely on the motor. As long as the cranks are moving, throttle sensors keep the power on. It cuts out one or two seconds after stopping the pedals, or when you hit the brakes. The twist throttle is actually a power-on override and LED battery gauge rolled into one: use it from a standing stop to get going. I would not know alloy from zinc and have no idea what "Krayton grips" are but assume it is as described by manufacturer as nothing has been altered to my knowledge.I would say I dont think it would go 15 mph in some situations but depends on size of rider.It has a basket attachment at front and a box on back to help carry shopping etc and has a gel seat cover which can be removed if you wish as original seat is not that comfy whatever the manufacturer says. It is a practical bike easy to fold to fit into car boot or on the train with safe quick-release clasps but I found it heavy and tall and at only 5' 2" not ideal for me but I am not that strong or energetic. As you can see from photos it has some surface rust which is due to having been stood for several months, I have been charging it periodically but again as its tall have not taken it out so batteries drained themselves so cannot verify if still okay but they take the charge and show "full power" on display for several days at each charge. Charger is included as is a new stand as again I found the present one weak and was wary of dropping the bike but never got around to fitting new one.
