Here for sale is my Elddis Crusader Tempest Caravan year . This is a 6/7 berth with a double bed at the front. 3/4 size bed at the side and 3 fixed bunks to the back. When you walk In the caravan, to the left there is the lounge area that makes a full sized double bed. At the side on the caravan to the right is a kitchen with sink / cooker / microwave and spacious cupboards and draws. To the left side of the caravan, there is a dining area with table, which makes into a bed and a large full size silver domestic fridge / freezer. At the bottom end left of the caravan is a bathroom with a separate shower. To the rear of the caravan is full sized wardrobe with 3 drawers at the bottom then on the right side there is 3 bunk beds. There are over head cupboards and under bed storage throughout. Very spacious best layout family caravan. This caravan is in immaculate condition. The cushions are grey with purple piping. The curtains and scatter cushions are purple. This has laminate flooring with dark grey brand new over mats / carpets. The caravan will come with 2 light weight pro pain gas bottles. 2 water hog aqua rolls with handles and a few kitchen essentials. Ready to go! Also separately there is a brand new (only used once) Isabella magnum coal large porch awning which will be sold separate for a cheap price of £500. ACE ARISTOCRAT BERTH We have owned this for nearly 4 years now. Only selling due to being to big for us now. Used or rallies so everything is set up for 12v and gas usage. Large king size at front as usual. Side dinette that converts to bunks and fixed bunks (top bunk has window). Large rear bathroom, manual flush toilet, cubical shower and very large wardrobe. Removable carpets with vinyl under. Comes with alko stabiliser and hitch lock, water hog and waste hog. Since we have owned the van we have replaced the rear end of the van due to a leak when we purchased. Have the photos of the work, also took off front windows and re sealed. Few spots on front side panel, it has been like this since we brought and has never got any worse so we have just left it. Water heater doesn't work on electric just needs a new element fitting but never bothered us as used gas to heat water. Fridge works 3 ways and so does the blow air heater and fire. All the lights have been changed to 12v LED blubs. External BBQ point and external socket. Tyres changed a couple of years ago.
