Early Learning Centre Rosebud House with kitchen, living room, bathroom, children's bedroom and doll family sets. It's about 4 or 5 years old and I have boxed it all back up in it's original boxes. There are a few bits missing: a foot from one of the dolls, the little milk bottle, one of the duvet covers and the rocking horse from the children's bedroom set and the rolling pin from the kitchen set. ELC Rosebud Dolls House and Furniture

Early Learning Centre Rosebud dolls house complete with lots of additional furniture, people and pets. All items have the original boxes. House itself cost me £100 and all the furniture was sold separately (approximately 7 boxes purchased £16 each). I have therefore spent about £200 on the whole set. There is the odd cup and maybe towel missing, but think everything else is there. I can provide extra photos of the furniture if required. Very good condition. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
