An Edwardian solid oak wood chest of drawers. Graduated drawers. Great for storage. I have had the chest of drawers for around 8 years and it has stored all my sports/triathlon stuff. There are signs of wear to the top of the chest of drawers from mugs etc, so you may wish to retreat or stain the wood here. The wood is in pretty good condition for its age - please see pics for various marks / holes / defects. The brass handles may not be original as there are marks from previous handles under the existing fixtures. This is a charming piece of furniture made of beautiful solid wood. Edwardian chest of drawers with original handles and escutcheons (no key). Solid dark reddish toned wood. A lovely characterful piece of simple traditional furniture. I'm selling because we don't have room for it anymore. Approx dims (cm): 95w x 46d x 86h Condition - used - needs a little TLC: - the drawers push in slightly too far. (you get used to this/would be easy to fix) - there is some wear and tear on the outside - we like the shabby chic look but it would like nice sanded down and refinished too. - always had a crack down each side panel. They don't seem to cause a problem. Item will be hoovered and cleaned. We are in South East London. Feel free to get in touch for more info.
