WESTONE THUNDER I BASS GUITAR - RARE RED FINISH

I am selling my fantastic quality Westone Thunder 1 bass guitar, made in the highly regarded Matsumoku factory in Japan in . Matsumoku also made the lovely Aria guitars at the time. It is a very rare all-maple version, finished in a lovely red colour. This red version is, along with the all black finish, the rarest of the Thunder 1 bass guitar range.....it is hardly ever seen for sale! The bass is passive and has a single 'Hard Puncher' pickup, which is very powerful and I believe was made by DiMarzio at the time. Cosmetic condition is very good for its age, although there are of course a couple of dings on the edge of the body. The fretwork is still in fantastic condition! This bass has a punchy sound very reminiscent of a P-bass, with the added clarity of the hard maple body. Any questions, just ask.
