Earl of Feversham Duncombe Park Country Park Military Chest Coffee Table with Brass Plaque
Earl of Feversham Duncombe Park Country House Metal Military Trunk Chest Box This is a genuine piece £750 Hornsea Earl of Feversham Duncombe Park Country House Metal Military Trunk Chest Box This is a genuine piece from an important English Country House. It is a nineteenth century Military Uniform Chest or Trunk that belonged to the Right Honourable Earl of Feversham of Duncombe Park, a country House Estate, near to Helmsley on the North Yorkshire Moors, in the North Yorkshire National Park. The dimensions are huge and this measures 45 inches x 21 inches x 9.5 inches. On the top it has a fabulous Brass Plaque that reads The Rt Hon Earl of Feversham. It has been repainted at some stage but is otherwise in original Antique Condition. I do not know the exact date of the piece, but believe it is Victorian and possibly Georgian. We used it as a Shoe Box in our Hall, but it could be converted to make a Coffee Table, or simply used for Toys. It has many possible uses. It is a magnificent piece and something I will be sad to part with, but it needs to find a new home where it will be loved. Ad ID:
