It comes complete with a 22mm thick drawing board and counterweight parallel motion that balances the straight edge-ensuring a smooth-accurate and positive movement. The professional straight edge is reversible having a metal cutting edge and a clear plastic edge machined and produced to the highest quality- the straight edge is also lockable via a knob positioned on the top rail locking the entire drawing board parallel motion. The steel tubular drawing board stand allows the frame to be folded flat allowing for easy storage. Angle adjustment on the stand for height and the angle of the board. The dimension of the drawing board stand measures 860mm x 770mm and closed leg position 80mm. NOTE: The company had replaced the first drawing board as it had a dent as shown in one of the pictures but allowed me to keep the defective board. I decided to use the defective board and kept the new replacement aside to sell as brand new at a later date. With that in mind, I have kept great care in keeping it in excellent condition. VERY LARGE A1 SIZE DRAWING DRAFTING BOARD IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. Perfect for the art student or professionals. It has a small flaw which is a small crack/chip at the left side edge as in picture which I have glued so it will not come off, but that does not hinder its use. The ruler and pulley wires are working great, it just needs a cleaning as I used it for charcoal and graphite drawings. These large A1 drawings boards are heavy and very expensive.
